What do you love most about Trim Fitness Studio?
I love the camaraderie that exists, the clients, atmosphere, but most of all the workout and results! 

 

If you were on an island and could bring 3 things what would you bring?
I would bring my kitties (they come as a package deal), my iPad/book and some sunscreen!

 

What would I find in your fridge right now?
Lots of delicious meals from California Paleo Kitchens, some liquid vitamins, eggs, spinach and wine.

 

What is the last book that you read?
I read some sort of trashy romance novel while I was flying home.

 

What else do you do to stay healthy besides Lagree Fitness?
I eat healthy and practice yoga!

 

How would you explain your teaching style?
Booty Burning

 

Tell us something we may not know about you?
I have four cats, was born and raised in Cali and have a degree in Engineering.

 

What inspires you?
 I am inspired by many things and people. I love seeing someone achieve their goals or make a hard life changing decision to better themselves. The beautiful area we live in is also inspiring in a different way.

 

What do you do on your free time?
In my free time I love to take on a project! Right now I just purchased a new home and will be renovating and re-designing each of the rooms.

 

How would you explain your teaching style?  If you could be a superhero, what would you want your superpowers to be?
I would be catwoman, although I have no clue what super power I’d want.

 

Favorite Lagree Move?
I love legs, most of all, Super Lunge. I love that it really targets the glutes and my core at the same time as my back and arms.
