The Workout

At Trim Fitness Studio, you can expect 45-minutes of heart-pumping music, muscle-quivering, and total body strengthening, lengthening and toning in an encouraging small-group setting. Our classes are largely based on the holistic principles of Pilates, but also emphasize the strength training and cardio elements found in other forms of exercise. Using the method developed by Sebastien Lagree and state of the art Megaformers™, Trim Fitness Studio in Lake Forest  provides a unique exercise regimen.

At the core of the Lagree fitness training method is the Megaformer™, which represents a significant evolution of the traditional Pilates reformer.

The Megaformers™ provide constant resistance and infinitely more exercise options than a traditional reformer; it allows the body to shift quickly and smoothly from one exercise to another to maintain increased heart rate and get the blood pumping.

All muscle groups, from large to small, are strengthened in a non-aggressive, non-impact manner making this workout as good for your muscles as it is for your joints. Your spine stays protected, your mind engaged, and your body pushed to its limits.

Under the guidance of your certified instructor, it is one of the safest ways to strengthen your muscles while reducing stress on the joints and connective tissues. There’s nothing out there quite like it, and the incredible results prove it! The heart pumping, muscle-aching total body workout is tough, but fun and enjoyable!

Getting Started

First things first.
Please create an online profile with us, so we can better serve you! Current email address, phone and address are important, so we can communicate with you about class openings and special offers.

Purchase a Session.
In order to book a session, you must first purchase a session. Once you have sessions in your account, you may then begin making your reservations online.

Sign up Online.
Our schedule is conveniently live online and the next months schedule is posted on the 20th of each month. Pick your class and commit to your schedule!

Cancellation Policy.
Please be respectful of our 12 hour cancellation policy. In order to best serve all our clients, please respectfully cancel your reservation 12 hours in advance to allow space for another client to progress on their journey. Thank you for understanding!

Classes not cancelled 12 hours before your scheduled class will be charged a late cancel fee of $10 and loss of prepaid class. If you do not late cancel within 2 hours of class or do not show up for class, you will be charged a no show fee of $20 and loss of prepaid class.

Class full? Sign up for the waitlist and as clients cancel their reservation, you will be emailed that you have been added to the class! Make sure you have opted in to receive these e-mails. Think of the waitlist as actually signing up, we assume you would like to attend every class that you waitlist, so be sure to check your status on the waitlist as class time approaches.

All clients are required to wear grip socks during their Lagree Sessions. Grip socks available for sale at the studio.
