
HYDRATE
Remember to hydrate before, during and after taking our class. It is typical to sweat a lot during our workout, so bring a bottle for water and make sure to fill up at our water filter before class begins.

FUEL UP
Make sure you are adequately nourished before taking a class. It is recommended to have a snack or small meal anywhere from 1 hour to 30 minutes before the start of class.

ATTIRE
Nothing too tricky here, just be ready to sweat! An athletic shirt or tank top with form-fitting leggings, shorts or other athletic bottom and athletic shoes will suffice.

THE CLASS
We offer a high-intensity interval cardio class on the VersaClimber machine. The climber has no momentum carry over, so expect to work hard and challenge yourself to see how many feet you can climb!

acclimation period
Be sure to pace yourself for your first few classes.It takes about 2 to 3 classes for your body to acclimate to the VersaClimber, so take as many breaks as you need to, and purchase our New Client Special to give your body the exposure it needs to adapt.
