With a background in competitive dancing and Yoga Sculpt, Sam instantly fell in love with both the physical and mental challenge of this method. Her classes focus on body alignment, transitions, and tempo, aided with her fitness background. Her playlists are inspired and set to help students want to move slowly and endure the routine that lies ahead. She loves to constantly switch up her sequences, challenging both herself and her students to get to the Lagree “shake. Sam’s goal is for her students to leave the machine feeling empowered, inspired, and like their glass is overflowing. She loves nothing more than seeing her students preserver and show up again the following week to prove to themselves just how powerful they are!”

Harmony, unlike many of the instructors, was never really into fitness, that is, until she found lagree. On a trip to Alabama 2 years ago she took her first lagree class, and it was INSTANTANEOUS— that moment people talk about when they say “I never knew that showing up that day would change my life”— that was it for her. She flew home, found trim THAT DAY, booked her first lagree class, and the rest is history. It’s not just the method, but the community at trim that seals the deal. Harmony is weird, intense, and fun. You can go to her classes expecting just that. From loud music with a heavy beat to a bubbly, warm personality, she makes routines that are challenging as hell, somehow fun, and dare I say, something you look forward to.
