STUDIO POLICY

LATE ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time for class. If you happen to be running late, please call our front desk (949)491-1929, so we can hold your spot. If you are late to class and do not contact the studio, your space may be given to a standby student at the start of class.

 

MEMBERSHIP HOLD POLICY

All memberships and class packages are allowed one 14-day freeze per calendar year at no charge. Any additional freezes will also be 14 days in length and $25 per suspension. The front desk will need a 14-day notice to freeze an account.

 

WAITLIST

The waitlist does work! Please think of the waitlist as signing up for the class, as we assume you would like to attend and are available for every class you waitlist. As the class time approaches, be sure to check your waitlist status. You are responsible for canceling your waitlisted class outside of the 12-hour late cancellation window if you can no longer attend. This will help you avoid any late cancellation or no-show charges in the event of getting added to the class, as our cancellation policy applies to waitlisted classes. If you do not get added from the waitlist 12 hours before the start of class, we suggest continuing to check the class to see if another client late canceled. If so, you can add yourself to the class at that time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To receive a full refund for a canceled class reservation, you must cancel your reservation 12 hours before the start of your class. You can cancel your reservation in the following ways:

Log into your account and click your schedule. From there, click “Cancel” next to the class that you wish to cancel. Any phone and email cancellations must also be received at least 12 hours before the class to avoid a cancellation fee.

Early Cancel: You can cancel your reservation by logging into our live online scheduler and canceling your session at least 12 hours before the start of your scheduled class time. Your prepaid session will then remain in your account for the next time you would like to schedule a class.

Late Cancel: Classes not canceled 12 hours before your scheduled class will be charged a late cancel fee of $15.

No Show: If you late cancel within 2 hours of class or do not show, you will be charged a no-show fee of $25.

A valid credit card must be kept on file for all clients. Prepaid classes cannot be used towards cancellations. Your prepaid class will be added back to your account and can be rescheduled within 30 days.

 

FOOTWEAR: All clients are required to wear grip socks during Lagree Method classes and athletic shoes during Versa Climber classes. Grip socks are available for purchase at our studio locations.

NO PETS, NO KIDS: As much as we love your children and animals we ask that you do not bring them to the studio(s) as it can be distracting for our employees and fellow clients.

CELL PHONES: We please ask that you refrain from using your cellphone during class and we also ask that you do not film while class is in session.
