    I AM NEW... SHOULD I TAKE A PRIVATE LESSON FIRST?

    TRIM FITNESS STUDIO DOES NOT REQUIRE YOU TO START WITH A PRIVATE SESSION IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER. OUR CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS WILL EXPLAIN THE MEGAFORMER TO YOU & COACH YOU THROUGH THE CLASS GIVING MODIFICATIONS TO SUIT YOUR FITNESS LEVEL. WE ALSO OFFER A BEGINNER ESSENTIALS CLASS THAT WILL HELP YOU BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE EXERCISES, PACE OF THE CLASS & MEGAFORMER. THE BEGINNERS CLASS IS OPTIONAL.

    WE DO RECOMMEND PRIVATE SESSIONS TO CLIENTS THAT MAY HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION OR ANY INJURIES.

    WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

    * WE REQUIRE THAT CLIENTS WEAR GRIP SOCKS DURING ALL LAGREE CLASSES. IF YOU DO NOT OWN GRIP SOCKS YOU CAN PURCHASE THEM AT THE STUDIO FOR $18. PLEASE WEAR ATHLETIC SHOES TO VERSACLIMBER CLASSES. WE ALSO RECOMMEND A TOWEL AND A REFILLABLE WATER BOTTLE. PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR FIRST CLASS 10 MIN BEFORE THE CLASS START TIME.

    WHAT DO I WEAR TO CLASS?

    WEAR COMFORTABLE WORKOUT CLOTHES THAT BREATHE EASILY AND THAT ALLOWS YOU TO MOVE FREELY IN. GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL LAGREE CLASSES. ATHLETIC SHOES ARE REQUIRED FOR VERSACLIMBER CLASSES. 

    HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WORK OUT A WEEK?

    CLASSES AT TRIM FITNESS STUDIO ARE HIGH INTENSITY AND WILL LEAVE YOU FEELING SORE. MOST CLIENTS SEE BEST RESULTS WITH 2-4 CLASSES PER WEEK. WE LOVE SEEING YOU DAILY BUT WE ALSO BELIEVE IN REST & RECOVERY… YOUR MUSCLES NEED TIME TO REPAIR. EACH DAY & WEEK WILL FEEL DIFFERENT FOR YOU… LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!

    SHOULD I EAT BEFORE/AFTER WORKOUT?

    OUR RECOMMENDATION IS TO HAVE A SMALL SNACK 30-45 MINUTES BEFORE WORKING OUT… APPLE, BANANA, HANDFUL OF ALMONDS. EATING SOMETHING LIGHT BEFORE WORKOUT WILL HELP KEEP YOUR ENERGY UP AND ALSO HELPS YOU BURN MORE FAT RATHER THAN MUSCLE!

    AFTER CLASS WE SUGGEST TO CONSUME PROTEIN WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF WORKING OUT. EATING PROTEIN POST WORKOUT HELPS WITH MUSCLE RECOVERY. ENJOY A PROTEIN SMOOTHIE OR HARD BOILED EGG.

    I AM UNDER 18. CAN I TAKE A CLASS AT TRIM FITNESS STUDIO?

    TRIM FITNESS STUDIO WELCOMES MINORS BETWEEN THE AGE OF 14-17. A LEGAL PARENT OR GARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS AND SIGN A LIABILITY WAIVER.

    HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?

    IF CLASS IS FULL, ADD YOURSELF TO THE WAITLIST. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL OR TEXT IF YOU ARE ADDED TO THE CLASS BEFORE THE 12 HOUR CANCELATION WINDOW.

    If you have received an email confirmation that you have been added from the wait list to class then you are confirmed in the class. If you log in to your account after receiving your confirmation email and it shows that you are ‘unconfirmed’, you are still confirmed in the class.

    Think of signing up on a wait list as the same as signing up for a class. If you can not make it to the class, please remember to remove yourself from the wait list or the class at least 12 hours prior to class to avoid any cancellation charges.
