GET READY FOR A 30 MINUTE, CALORIE BLASTING, GROUP TRAINING EXPERIENCE like you’ve never experienced

The climbing method uses your upper and lower body together. Unlike most cardio machines, the VersaClimber gives you no momentum, therefore forcing your body to do all the work.

The VersaClimber is a high-intensity, low-impact cardio machine that keeps your body in a vertical position while mimicking the act of climbing. After anchoring your feet under the foot straps and grabbing hold of the high handlebars, your arms, and legs move seamlessly together with no impact to produce one of the most intense and efficient workouts you’ll find on the market! Because the VersaClimber does not use momentum to propel your body, it requires you to use your own strength to move the machine. The VersaClimber utilizes a movement pattern innate to the human body (crawling, walking, running, and climbing), which leaves you better equipped to perform the natural tasks in your daily life. By simultaneously incorporating movements from your upper and lower body, in just 30 minutes, you are guaranteed to effectively target the muscles in your arms, back, core, and legs.  As you climb, you can watch your total feet on a screen conveniently placed at eye level and adjust the resistance to change the intensity as you go.   • We offer a high-intensity interval cardio class on the VersaClimber machine. The climber has no momentum carry over, so expect to work hard and challenge yourself to see how many feet you can climb!

  • Be sure to pace yourself for your first few classes.It takes about 2 to 3 classes for your body to acclimate to the VersaClimber, so take as many breaks as you need to, and purchase our New Client Special to give your body the exposure it needs to adapt.

  • If it is your first time with us, or even if it’s not, a front desk employee will gladly assist you in setting up your climber.

  • Remember to hydrate before, during and after taking our class. It is typical to sweat a lot during our workout, so bring a bottle for water and make sure to fill up at our water filter before class begins.

  • Make sure you are adequately nourished before taking a class. It is recommended to have a snack or small meal anywhere from 1 hour to 30 minutes before the start of class.

  • Nothing too tricky here, just be ready to sweat! An athletic shirt or tank top with form-fitting leggings, shorts or other athletic bottom and athletic shoes will suffice.
