FAQ

  • You can conveniently book via our online booking software or the Trim mobile app. Choose your desired package from our pricing page. Then, visit our schedule and click the reserve button to reserve a spot in your chosen class time at your preferred location.

  • Come ready to sweat and shake in comfortable workout clothes! Grab your water bottle, and don’t forget to hydrate before class. We also have water available to purchase at each studio location. Additionally, athletic shoes are required for our Climb classes.

  • Yes! For safety reasons, grip socks are required for our Lagree Method classes and are available for purchase at our three studio locations.

  • Lockers are available for use at our Costa Mesa studio location. Our Brea and Lake Forest locations have designated areas for your belongings.

  • Showers are available after your Lagree or Climb class at our Costa Mesa studio.

  • To provide you with the best experience possible, you must arrive at your first class at least 10 minutes before the class begins. This will give your instructor time to show you the machine and answer any questions you may have. If you cannot arrive 10 minutes before your first session, please let us know, and we will reschedule you for a later date.

  • Please arrive on time for class. If you are running late, please call our front desk at (949) 491-1929, so we can hold your spot. If you are late to class and do not contact the studio, your space may be given to a standby student at the start of class.

  • To receive a full refund for your class, you must cancel your reservation 12 hours before the start of your class. You can cancel your class by logging into your mindbody account, calling the studio at (949) 491-1929, or emailing us at info@trimfitnessstudio.com. Please keep in mind that phone and email cancellations must also be received at least 12 hours before the class to avoid a cancellation fee.

    Late Cancel: If you do not cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled class starts, you will be charged a late cancel fee of $20.

    No-Show: If you cancel within 2 hours of the start of your class or you do not show, you will be charged a no-show fee of $25.

  • Is your favorite instructor or class time already full? Sign up for the waitlists because they work! As clients cancel their reservations, you will be notified via email or text that you have been added to the class. Make sure to opt-in to receive these notifications.

    Please consider the waitlist as signing up for a class, as we assume you would like to attend every class you are waitlisted for. The waitlist will add you to the class up until 1 hour before the start of class. Be sure to check the status on the waitlist as class time approaches, as you are responsible for canceling your waitlisted class outside of the 12-hour late cancellation window if you can no longer attend. Late cancellation penalties still apply to these classes.

  • Our Climb class is a 30-minute, calorie-blasting group training experience on the VersaClimber. The VersaClimber is a high-intensity, low-impact cardio machine that keeps your body in a vertical position while mimicking the act of climbing. Get ready to have a dance party while you move your arms and legs seamlessly to the beat of the music with the most motivating instructors in Orange County. In only 30 minutes, this no-impact class is guaranteed to produce one of the most intense and efficient workouts you’ll find on the market!

  • Lagree is designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone! Expect a 45-minute high-intensity, low-impact class on the patented Lagree Megaformer. Each class incorporates a variety of plank, lunge, and squat-based exercises that focus on building muscular strength and endurance while targeting your core.

  • Lagree Fitness is high-intensity and low-impact, whereas traditional Pilates is a low-intensity, low-impact method. Lagree focuses on slow movements to effectively target the slow-twitch muscle fibers. Unlike traditional Pilates, during a Lagree class, there are no opportunities to rest. Routines are written to allow for seamless, quick transitions, ensuring minimal time for muscle recovery. Your heart rate will be pumping the entire time allowing you to burn calories throughout the rest of the day!

  • There is no magic number, although we’ve found that practicing Lagree 2 - 4 times a week with intentional rest days and a healthy lifestyle provides clients with the most desirable results.

  • For our Lagree and Climb classes, participants must be at least 16 years old. If under the age of 18, parental consent is required.

  • Because of Lagree's low-impact nature, it is accessible to all ages and fitness abilities. The Lagree Method and the Megaformer provide a group-fitness class that will challenge the most seasoned athletes and accommodates specific clients' needs, such as women during pregnancy or postpartum or those with injuries. We also offer a Level 1 introductory class at each studio location for those looking for a more comprehensive introduction to the method.

  • Yes, private sessions are available for booking between regular class times. Semi-privates are also available for an additional $20 per person. Learn more about Private and Semi-private pricing options.

  • Please refrain from using your cell phone to text, email, take phone calls, or video yourself during class. We greatly appreciate your understanding as this is a distraction to other members and the instructor teaching.

  • Yes! Please visit our pricing page to purchase your Trim Fitness Studio gift card.

  • Trim Tribe members have access to a variety of member perks. Each auto-pay membership has 24-hour advanced access to the schedule before it goes live to the rest of the public. This offers more availability to book your favorite Lagree and Climb instructors, access to class times of your choice at all three of Trim’s locations (Costa Mesa, Brea & Lake Forest), a flexible cancellation policy, and same-day class changes, and 15% off of all our retail!

  • All memberships and class packages are allowed one 14-day freeze per calendar year at no charge. Any additional membership suspensions will also be 14 days long and $25 per suspension. The front desk will need a 14-day notice to freeze an account. For membership terminations, please provide a 30-day notice and keep in mind that all membership and package sales are final. Memberships must auto-renew at least one time.
